DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
The infusion bag made of PVC-FREE is non-toxic, has good compatibility with the liquid. During the infusion the bag is automatically compressed so that there is no possibility of attaching the tube and avoiding reuse. Used bags do not pollute the environment. It has good air- insulating and waterproofing properties. It has long service life. Resistant to 120- degree high temperature sterilization. Also has resistance to low temperatures. The production line is good in use and transportation. A line can produce a single port bag and a two port bag.
The line consists of: the printing system, the production of packages, the feeding system, the heating and sealing of the ports, the debris removal system, the bag filling system, the closing and bagging system.
Additional options: sterilizer, leak testing equipment.
