Wall and ceiling panels are made of two metal sheets with a double-sided polymer coating and a filler between the sheets (mineral wool or polyurethane foam, as selected by the customer). These panels are safe for both personnel and products and are easily sanitized with detergents and disinfectants.
Materials: Stainless steel, galvanized steel with a polymer coating, HPL plastic, glass. X-ray protection is available upon request.
Steel plate thickness: 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm
- The interior partition and ceiling of cleanrooms are typically made of composite painted steel sheet type 50 (50 mm thick).
- For fireproof panels, clean steel sheets type 75 and 100 are typically used, which have high insulation and soundproofing requirements. The use of this type of panel is limited; it is suitable for air-conditioned server rooms and other auxiliary spaces.
