Operating Principle:
Fluidized bed granulation is the combined use of spray and fluidization technologies. Drying, granulation, and mixing are completed in a single, closed container to achieve single-stage granulation, and the raw material powder is fluidized within the container. Droplets of binder solution are sprayed onto the fluidized bed surface to form granules, and the dried volatile water is discharged from the machine along with the exhaust air.
