Main Equipment Functions
Bottle Feeding → Filling → Nozzle Control → Upper Nozzle → Capping → Bottle Exit
Main Operating Features:
- Platform with buttons or platform with touchscreen
- Host frequency conversion speed adjustment
- The filling volume of each pump set can be adjusted together, or individual pump sets can be fine-tuned.
- The machine automatically stops when there are no bottles on the conveyor line, and automatically starts when there are.
- The top cap is equipped with a mechanical handle that sucks the cap in and places it on the installed bottle.
- When using a cam screw head, the cap is tightened with a predetermined torque; an automatic sliding device ensures uniform tightening. All caps.
- Bottles at the filling station are divided by a cylinder, which is controlled by front and rear optical sights. Bottles can also be divided by a dial.
- The filling head lifting mechanism uses a pneumatic cylinder to control the stroke. (For bottles with a high body, the filling head must be immersed in the bottom of the bottle for filling) or use a mechanical cam control.
- When the bottle body or bottle neck has an irregular shape, the machine is equipped with a bottle neck alignment device, which is controlled by a cylinder.
- The bottom of the filling head is equipped with a drip tray to prevent contamination, which is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder (optional).
- Equipped with one 60-liter liquid storage tank, two up and down proximity switches, a floating ball in the storage tank, and an angle seat valve control for automatic feeding.
- A material elevator equipped with a cap can store more caps to save labor. When the cap sorter is out of caps, a signal is given to indicate the need for refilling. The cap sorter is equipped with a proximity switch to send a timely signal.
- The machine is equipped with a stainless steel safety door. The door opens and closes, and closing must be reset manually. The door is made of colorless, transparent acrylic.
