The XG1.D Series vacuum sterilizer is a top-tier sterilization device, fully compliant with the latest GMP standards. It is widely used for sterilizing medical clothing, instruments, and dressings that require high sterilization efficiency in the biological, medical hygiene, and pharmaceutical industries.

The body and door are made of 304 stainless steel, with an intermediate layer of high-quality special tank steel.
The internal air intake/exhaust chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, while the remaining parts are made of galvanized carbon steel.
The disinfection trolley/basket is made of 304 stainless steel. The transport trolley is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is easy to operate.
Single-pipe air intake; dual-pipe air intake is optional.
Includes a new recording device from the SHINVA factory.
Separate sealing of the rear and front doors.
Single- or double-leaf doors are available upon customer’s choice.

Note: According to the technical specifications table, the XG1.DW/XG1.DT series vacuum sterilizer is equipped with a dual-pipe air blower. Steam consumption is consistent with that of the G series sterilizer.
