The monoblock unit performs filling, capping, and capping. A rotating disk ensures that each bottle goes through all stages of the process in sequence:

  1. Empty bottles are fed from the loading table via a conveyor to the dosing unit.
  2. Dosed filling by a group of piston pumps.
  3. Installing the cap into the bottle. The actuator is a shaker.
  4. Capping with a shaker.
  5. Sealed roller sealing or final capping.
  6. Finished bottles are unloaded onto the unloading accumulator table via a conveyor.

Thanks to the rotating loading table, the bottles are placed on a conveyor belt, where they are automatically transferred to the monoblock unit via a check sensor: if the number of bottles is less than a certain preset quantity, the monoblock unit stops. At each stage, sensors check the success of the previous stage; if there are no issues, the bottle moves on.
