DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

The infusion bag made of non-PVC film is non-toxic and has good fluid compatibility. During infusion, the bag automatically compresses, preventing tubing from being attached and preventing reuse. Used bags are environmentally friendly. It has good air and water barrier properties. It has a long service life. It is resistant to high-temperature sterilization at 120°C. It is also resistant to low temperatures. The line is easy to use and transport. It can produce single-port and dual-port bags.

The line consists of: a printing system, bag production, a feeding system, port heating and sealing, a film residue removal system, a bag filling system, and a bag capping and transfer system.

Additional options: a sterilizer and leak testing equipment.
