OPERATING DIAGRAMS
The line consists of three machines: an ACX series rotary washer, an SZA series sterilization tunnel, and an AGF series filling and sealing machine. It performs three stages of operation: washing, sterilization, filling, and sealing. Each machine can operate autonomously. The line is manufactured in accordance with GMP standards.
DESCRIPTION
Automatic feeding – spraying and filling with water – washing – ampoule pickup and inversion by automatic manipulators – internal and external rinsing – internal and external blowing – preheating – sterilization – cooling – gas filling – ampoule filling – gas filling – heating – sealing.
