Main Operating Principle

Tablets or capsules are placed into the blister pack from different bins, forming a content of different vitamins or medications for a single day or a weekly period. The day or time of day to take the tablet or capsule is indicated on the back of the package.

Features:

Handwheel for adjusting mold position, fold position, and perforation position;
Modules are fixed with a locking pin, ensuring precise registration and easier module replacement;
Used for filling many types of drugs and all kinds of specially shaped materials in a single blister;

Standard kit includes:

One complete set of ALU/PVC molds installed on the machine
Universal feeder for ALU/PVC (tablet/capsule)
Omron PLC and E-view touch screen, Omron inverter
Plexiglass cover for the sealing station and cutting station with a good appearance for safe operation
