Main application: The line is designed for the automatic packaging of vials or ampoules in blister packs and package inserts in cardboard boxes.

The technological process is as follows: blister formation, blister filling with ampoules or vials, heat sealing, cutting, and packaging in cardboard boxes. Controlled by a PLC controller, the line features advanced self-monitoring features: broken blister identification, missing vial (ampoule), missing package insert or empty box, and 100% rejection.
