Working Process:
1.1. Suppository Forming:
PVC/PE film is clamped and transferred to the forming station using air, where the suppository shape is formed and then trimmed.
1.2. Suppository Filling:
15 filling terminals (simultaneously), with a filling accuracy of ±1%. The machine is equipped with an electric system to maintain the heat of the material tank, as well as a motor responsible for mixing the material in the tank. Raw material enters the filling terminals through a circulator, and unused material is also returned to the tank through the circulator until the next filling.
1.3. Cooling:
After filling, the suppositories are fed to the cooling station. In the cooling chamber, a unit containing chilled water, the finished suppository is cooled using chilled air, which is converted by four condensers.
1.4. Sealing and Printing:
The cooled, filled suppository is fed to the sealing station, where it passes through a preheating mold, followed by sealing and printing. Suppositories ready for release are cut into 5 or 6 pieces per compartment (according to customer requirements).
WZH-100 Automatic Cartoning Machine
The WZH-100 cartoning machine is designed for automatic packaging of pharmaceuticals, package inserts, and other items in cardboard boxes. The machine folds the package insert (1-4 folds), forms boxes, fills the boxes with the product and package insert, prints the batch number, and seals the boxes. The entire packaging process is automatic and displayed on the touchscreen. Furthermore, the machine eliminates defective products and discards empty boxes (or boxes with missing package inserts), ensuring high product quality.
