SCHEME
The line is a group of three machines: the ACX rotary washer, the SZA sterilization tunnel, the AGF filling and sealing machine. Performs three stages of work: washing, sterilization, filling and sealing. Each of the machines can work in stand-alone mode. The line is manufactured in accordance with GMP standards.
DESCRIPTION
Automatic feeding – spraying and filling with water – washing – capturing ampoules with automatic manipulators and turning over – rinsing inside and outside – blowing inside and outside – preheating – sterilization – cooling – filling with gas – ampoules filling – filling with gas – heating with sealing – sealing.
